Some Call it Science: The Religion of Evolution
Henry Morris, 2006. Institute for Creation Research, 48 pages.

This is Dr. Henry Morris’ last book, written just before his death. He provides a quick and easy-to-read summary of the basic evidence against evolution and for creation. Not only does evolution lack present examples, such as the development of new types of organisms, but it also lacks historical evidence as seen in the fossil record. The more we know, the more evolution has been repeatedly debunked. Evolution is essentially a faith system that has had a harmful impact on culture.

Speak to the Earth: Creation Studies in Geoscience
Edited by George F. Howe. 1975. Creation Research Society, 463 pages.

Containing 26 geoscience papers published in the Creation Research Society Quarterly from June 1969 to March 1974, this volume is a valuable tool for those who wish to study historical geology from a creationist and catastrophist vantage. It demonstrates that creationists have performed experiments and that they have in fact carried out "creation research" in earth science. Included among the authors are Steve Austin, Clifford Burdick, Frank Cousins, Wilbert Rusch, Walter Peters, Henry Morris, Thomas Barnes, Harold Slusher, Robert Whitelaw, George Mulfinger, and Emmett Williams. Among the topics presented are paleontology, Flood geology (catastrophism), geological studies indicating a young earth, astronomy, and thermodynamics. This book is an ideal reference work for the creationist geologist.

Starlight and Time (updated)
D. Russell Humphreys. 1994. Master Books, 133 pages.

Using concepts from the general theory of relativity, Dr. Humphreys has derived a young earth cosmology which offers an explanation for the existence of "old" starlight in a young universe. The author compares his hypothesis to previous creationist explanations for the existence of starlight that should have required millions of years to reach the earth. Defects in the "big bang" theory are noted as well.

Starlight, Time and the New Physics
John Hartnett, 2007. Creation Book Publishers, 232 pages.

Inspired by the pioneering work of creation physicist D. Russell Humphreys, and building on the work of secular cosmologist Moshe Carmeli, physics professor John Hartnett presents another exciting hypothesis for the starlight time problem. The solution is based on time dilation in the theory of relativity. It also does away with the need for unobserved dark matter and dark energy. The book is geared toward the motivated layman, but there are six technical abstracts to back up his thesis.

Stars and Their Purpose: Understanding the Origin of Earth’s “Nightlights”
Werner Gitt, 2006. Master Books, 211 pages.

Written for junior high students to adults, this book examines many aspects of stars, including their vast number, their differences, why they were created, their possible messages, and who created them. There is even a chapter on the meaning of the star of Bethlehem. Detailed appendixes delve into other topics related to the solar system, such as how the universe is specially created for Man, and the problems of the “Big Bang.”

Studies in Flood Geology (2nd edition)
John Woodmorappe. 1999. Institute for Creation Research, ca. 200 pages.

Over the years the author has developed a unique model, based upon the Genesis Flood, for the distribution of land vertebrates, stratigraphic separation of fossils, supposed correlation of the geological column, dating methods, and other matters important to flood geology and creationism. Originally published in the Creation Research Society Quarterly and presented at the International Conferences on Creationism, these materials have been combined into this single volume. The Second Edition has improved figures, common pagination, a list of study questions, and a comprehensive index. This work is intended for the serious student of flood geology.

Teaching Creation Science in Public Schools
Duane T. Gish. 1995. Institute for Creation Research, 70 pages.

There is a vast body of well-established scientific evidence that supports creation while exposing fallacies and weaknesses in evolutionary theory. It is unconscionable to indoctrinate public school young people in evolutionary theory while denying them the opportunity to consider even the scientific evidence for creation that thousands of scientists have found to be compelling. This book details the scientific, pedagogical, and legal foundation for teaching the scientific evidence for creation in public schools.
